\"AdobeNancy Wirsig McClure is a Photoshop wiz. She has over 5000 hours of Photoshop experience<\/strong> and another several thousand in Illustrator<\/strong>. She has deep expertise in InDesign for creating print documents and interactive PDFs.<\/p>\n

Nancy creates alternatives blazingly fast<\/strong>, and she’s always happy to make other people\u2019s ideas \u201ccome to life\u201d by creating digital graphics.<\/p>\n

Nancy has produced final graphics assets for dozens of projects include print, web, presentations, and apps. Her deep technical knowledge about graphics file formats (and the requirements of browsers, IDEs, and print vendors) means that the files are right the first time<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Teaching and Training on Adobe Software<\/h3>\n

Alongside\u00a0her design work, Nancy Wirsig McClure has also helped many people learn Adobe software. She brings an “in the trenches” perspective<\/strong> and strong skills in explaining tough concepts. <\/p>\n

She founded an Adobe User Group and presented at it frequently.<\/p>\n

At various times between 1991 and today, Nancy has:<\/p>\n

  • taught college credit classes<\/strong> on Photoshop, Illustrator, and Digital Page Design \u2014 at Portland State University (OR) and Clark College (WA).<\/li>\n
  • taught continuing studies<\/strong> classes \u2014 at Minneapolis College of Art and Design (MN) and Portland State University (OR).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    • trained NIKE production artists<\/strong> and garment designers, individually and in group classes.<\/li>\n
    • provided corporate training<\/strong> (on site — clients include Les Schwab — and at professional training centers).<\/li>\n
    • tutored individuals<\/strong> with backgrounds in photography, print design, writing, fine art, and more.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      In all cases, she created the course content<\/strong>. She prepared detailed supporting material as print handouts and web pages.<\/p>\n

      For colleges and the sportswear division of NIKE, she\u00a0pioneered the first classes offered<\/strong>\u00a0on the subjects.<\/p>\n
